Custom AI tools and automations, built around your business.
We build tools that take on the slow, repetitive, error-prone work, and we keep a person in control of every important step. Here is how it works, and a few examples of what we can build.
Not off-the-shelf. Built for the job you actually have.
Every business has its own systems, its own paperwork, and its own way of doing things. We don’t hand you a generic product and hope it fits. We look at where your time and money leak away, then build a tool that removes that specific job, connects to the software you already use, and keeps a human sign-off wherever it matters.
Expense scanning into QuickBooks, with a human approval gate.
The job today: Someone collects receipts and invoices, reads each one, and types the supplier, date, amount, and tax into QuickBooks by hand. It is slow, dull, and easy to get wrong, and it usually piles up until the end of the month.
What the tool does: Receipts arrive by photo, upload, or forwarded email. The AI reads each one and extracts the supplier, date, total, tax, and category, then prepares the entry ready for QuickBooks. Instead of posting straight away, it places the entry in an approval queue.
Where you stay in control: A person opens the queue, sees each prepared entry next to the original receipt, and approves or corrects it in a click. Nothing posts to your accounts until a human says yes. Corrections teach the tool to do better next time.
Your own knowledge base, built from your documents and emails.
The job today: The answer someone needs is in an old email, a policy document, a spec, or a folder nobody can find. Staff interrupt each other, dig through inboxes, or simply guess. Knowledge lives in a few people's heads and walks out the door when they do.
What the tool does: We take the documents, emails, and files your business already has and build them into a private, searchable knowledge base, effectively your own internal intranet. Staff ask a question in everyday language and get a clear answer drawn from your own material, with the source it came from shown so they can trust it. As new documents and emails come in, they feed the knowledge base, so it stays current.
Where you stay in control: You decide what goes in and what stays out. Answers are grounded in your real content, not the open internet, and every answer shows its source so a person can verify it. Your information stays private to your business.
Editable AI chatbots, trained on your content.
The job today: Customers ask the same questions again and again, and staff answer them one at a time. Off-the-shelf chatbots either know nothing about your business or, worse, confidently say the wrong thing with no easy way to fix it.
What the tool does: We build a chatbot trained on your own content to help customers or support your team. It answers in your voice, from your information.
Where you stay in control: This is the part that matters. When the bot gets something wrong, or your prices, policies, or products change, you edit it. You can see what it knows and change what it says. It is never a locked black box you have to live with.
And plenty more where those came from.
If a job is slow, repetitive, or easy to get wrong, it is a candidate for a tool. A few other things we can build:
Document and form processing.
Read incoming documents and pull the details straight into your systems, ready for a human to confirm.
System to system automations.
Move information between the tools you already use, so your team stops copying and pasting between tabs.
Smart inbox and enquiry handling.
Sort, summarise, and draft replies to routine emails for a person to approve and send.
Reporting and summaries.
Turn raw data and long documents into clear summaries your team can act on.
The pattern is always the same: the AI does the heavy lifting, and a person stays in control of the outcome.
Every tool we build follows four rules.
Approval gates before anything is final. Editable outputs you can always change. Transparent workings you can see and understand. Human-driven, so the AI supports your team rather than replacing its judgement.
