How it works

From first conversation to a working tool, in clear steps.

No mystery, no black box. Here is exactly how we work, and where you stay in control the whole way through.

1

Understand the job.

We start with a conversation about where your time and money leak away, the slow, repetitive, or error-prone work you would love to hand off. We agree on the job worth removing first.

2

Design the tool and the sign-offs.

We map how the tool will work, which systems it connects to, and exactly where a human approves before anything is final. You see and agree the plan before we build.

3

Build and connect.

We build the tool around your real process and connect it to the software you already use, so it fits your business rather than forcing you to change how you work.

4

Review together.

You try it on real work and tell us what to adjust. We tune it until it does the job the way you want, with the approval gates in the right places.

5

Go live, with you in control.

The tool goes live doing the heavy lifting while your team reviews and approves. Nothing important happens without a person able to see it, change it, and sign off.

6

Support and improve.

As your business grows and your needs change, we keep the tool accurate and useful, and we can train your team to get the most from it.

The explainer

What “human in the loop” looks like in practice.

An approval gate is simply a checkpoint where the AI stops and waits for a person. The AI does the work up to that point, reading the receipt, drafting the answer, preparing the entry, then it holds the result in a queue for review. A person opens the queue, sees the AI’s work alongside the source, and approves it or corrects it. Only then does it become final. It is the difference between a tool that acts on your behalf and a tool that acts without asking. We build the second kind.
